A group of board games and video games are planning to team up to create a video game giant.
PAI and the Embracer Group have entered into exclusive discussions to Asmodeus, one of the world leaders in board games, to join the Embracer Group, the parent company of companies developing and publishing PC, console and mobile games for the global gaming market.
Property of PAI Partners as majority shareholder since 2018, Asmodeus sold over 39 million games in 2020 worldwide.
